Ireland's Constitutional Reform, 2004

In the adjacent frame are several Irish Court decisions
related to the Constitutional amendment process that
occurred in 2004. I use these documents (and others)
for an ongoing research project in which I examine the
cultural politics and governance of international migration
in Ireland.

Additional documents will be posted as they become
available and as I integrate them into my analysis. My
